Returns and Refunds

At Jagriti Herbs Pvt. Ltd., we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept the exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.

In case of damage or quality issue with the product, we can only exchange the product if reported within the specified timeline as mentioned below:

If you receive a Tampered or Damaged product, please inform our Customer Care within 24 hours of receipt, with supporting images and video, so we can address your concern at the earliest.

For any product quality complaints, please contact our Customer Care within 7 days of your order delivery.

Jagriti Herbs Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application will not be covered; under our Exchange / Returns Policy.

Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition, and subject to the following terms -

Returns and exchange requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Jagriti Herbs Pvt. Ltd.

No Refund shall be made once goods are sold.

Damaged Products

We rigorously check all items before we dispatch them, but if your item is faulty or you have received any incorrect items, we will refund your costs paid for the items and for initial delivery as well as the recorded delivery costs to return the item. Please email us at jagritiherbs@gmail.com to report incorrect items.

Incorrect Items

If damage occurs to your product during shipment, email us at jagritiherbs@gmail.com. Please provide your order number and email address.

Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
